I found the office staff and my doctor extremely professional . I was nervous coming in . The doctor was kind . I immediately felt calmer with her . I would recommend this facility to anyone that needs a ENT specialist . You won't regret your visit .

Dr K (kazemian) was very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would recommend her as a doctor. CENT always seemed to be a little behind schedule, and I never received a follow up call or anything following my surgery.

Working with illustrations, Dr. Smith made the time to explain the procedure, discussed options with me, and answered all my questions. Afterwards, he told my wife and me about what to do for the next few days (that was helpful because I was spacey from the drugs). His support staff was very courteous and empathetic. Thanks you.

Taylor Kramm is an excellent PA. She was very thorough in asking questions, was compassionate and thoughtful in her evaluation and diagnosis. She even followed up the next day to see how I was feeling and offered additional suggestions for my care. I would highly recommend her!

Recently Dr. Whinery and his staff helped resolve a serious and sudden problem I was experiencing with ruptured blood vessels in both nostrils of my nose on the septum wall causing excessive bleeding. Dr. Whinery was really great!. He is highly professional, knowledgeable and solved the issue through several in-office procedures. Also his upbeat, friendly and compassionate manner was a welcome relief while dealing with a most distressing issue. In addition, the entire staff was also very helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. Highly recommended!

Starting with the front desk all the way back to my appointment with my doctor everybody was very kind, they’re online. Check-in is the worst I’ve ever seen in my life. They actually told me I had bone marrow cancer, and I’ve never had such a thing in my life. They told me I was taking medication that I’ve never heard of. I would not trust that place to get a splinter out of my finger!!!

I have been working with Dr.Taylor Kramm. She has been working though a laceration just inside my right ear. Received by a Q-tip before my flight home from TX on Dec. 14th, 2023. Her careful and thoughtful regiment over these last weeks resulted in the removal of blood & wax from my rt.. ear canal. Today I received a hearing test - perfect hearing, and released from care ( 01 02 2024).
